Abstract

In 2023, the Global Observatory on Change in Higher Education (GOHEC) was launched with a clear purpose: to track and explain how higher education is evolving worldwide. GOHEC addresses a rapidly changing landscape by delivering comparable evidence and analysis for data-informed policymaking and by mapping global dynamics of competition and cooperation.
